Dominic Walters
Overview
Dominic specialises in equipping leaders and direct managers to communicate more effectively through clarity, connection and conversation.
He has 30 years' experience in internal communication and learning and development. This includes working in senior ‘in-house’ roles and as a coach and consultant in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US, helping organisations use communication to translate strategy into action. A large part of this is working with leadership teams - one to one or in teams - to help them be clear on their communication role and perform it better.
Dominic also has wide experience in helping organisations plan and implement impactful communication strategies to bring objectives and values to life and accelerate the successful implementation of change.
Dominic is a co-host of the 'Future of Internal Communication' podcasts and has featured in print, radio and TV promoting impactful leadership communication. He has written the IoIC's audiobook on leadership communication, "Leading Inside Out" and is past national Chairman and Governance Group member for IoIC and co-presents its leadership communication open course and in-house training.
