David Cunningham

David has over 15 years' experience working in-house and agency side in both permanent and consultancy roles. With broad experience that spans a portfolio of sectors including banking, telecoms and media, for brands including HSBC, Barclays, Skype and Deutsche Post.

In June 2022 David returned to work after six months' adoption leave. He shares his experience as a working dad and his experience taking parental leave.

Lizzie is the founder of Work Life Mother providing coaching and training to facilitate transitions into maternity, paternity, adoption and surrogacy leave – as well as the transitions back into work.

Crystle is the committee lead for London. She is organising the event, including all the behind-the-scenes activity from coordinating IoIC committee members' individual responsibilities to publishing marketing materials for the event.

Neil Rodger

Founder, Lifted Communications

Neil has worked in communications for around 18 years. During that time he has worked in all sorts of communications roles at a range of organisations in all types of sectors. I’ve been a brand manager, a copywriter, a head of comms, and an internal comms lead along with several other roles besides.

In November 2022, Neil founded Lifted Communications.

Elanor has 23 years of corporate experience working for brands including Costa Coffee, RAC & Virgin Atlantic, starting 3 small businesses, clients including Channel 4, Trinity Mirror & Harvey Nichols, a community of 600 members, podcast host of Another Door, and author of 2020 book published by Penguin Random House ‘Why losing your job could be the best thing that happened to you’.
