The Board set the strategic direction of the Institute and how it engages with its members and other stakeholders as well as wider business, government, society and the media.
This group has been set up to ensure board members can access key information to include:
- Board of Directors Handbook
- IoIC Strategy
- Project Matrix
But additionally to enable Board members to connect between meetings and post discussions. This could include sharing of interesting articles, ideas for IoIC activities, getting involved in initiatives and comments on any Board discussions.
