This training course will equip you with the knowledge and confidence you need to know what to measure, and how to measure it.

It will enable you to make good data-driven decisions and recommendations, and will show you how to use data to demonstrate the positive impact and value of internal communication in your organisation.

It will also explore the role of AI in measurement, and how to partner with AI effectively and ethically.

Reaching beyond the basics, the course is interactive and practical to truly boost your measurement capability and credibility.

Working together over two afternoon sessions, you will experience a dynamic mix of teaching, group discussions, masterminding, small group and personal activity work using the power of virtual technology. To get the most out of the sessions, some pre-work and homework after session one will be required.

This course is aligned to the Conducting Research, Measuring and Demonstrating Value area of the IoIC profession map, and is most suitable for those working at Level Two and above.
