This virtual learning course, delivered over two live sessions with opportunities for delegates to support and learn from one another in between, will equip internal communicators with the skills and knowledge to write confidently and effectively across a variety of channels and for a range of audiences.

This course takes a communication-first approach to help internal communicators follow best practices when planning or reviewing their overall 365 strategy. It is most suited to those who are familiar with the core tools in the suite and would like to advance their skills and enhance their digital workplace strategy.

The Crisis Management and Resilience Workshop: Planning for the Unexpected can prepare you for crises, or unexpected events so you are always ready to respond swiftly, factually and honestly to retain the support of those who matter most: your employees and stakeholders. The course will show you how crisis planning enables you and your employees to prove your organisation’s dependability, show initiative and demonstrate leadership skills. It will encourage you to think “what if?” and to understand the short and long-term consequences of the change unexpected events can bring.

This virtual training course, led by Jo Hall, will equip internal communicators with the confidence to know what to measure and how to measure it and how to make good data-driven decisions and recommendations. The course will also provide ways in which relevant data can be used to demonstrate the positive impact and value that internal communication adds to their organisation. Reaching beyond the basics, this course on effective measurement and evaluation will be interactive and practical to truly boost your measurement capability and credibility.

This workshop will explore how culture works to shape organisational reality and why it is so difficult to ‘see’ it and change it. It will consider what kind of communication practice works for culture management, including how and when to communicate values and what these should look like for maximum effect. The course will also look at how how communicators can generate powerful insights about culture and how to use these insights to support leaders in shaping culture through communication.
