An exclusive, free training session for IoIC members.  The 75-minute session will explore accessibility as an example of inclusive behaviour, why communications should be accessible by design - both from a human and legal angle - and hints and tips for creating more accessible communications for different channels. The session will also explore AI and accessibility - considering the pros and cons of AI-generated IC through an accessibility lens.

This virtual training course, led by Jo Hall, will equip internal communicators with the confidence to know what to measure and how to measure it and how to make good data-driven decisions and recommendations. The course will also provide ways in which relevant data can be used to demonstrate the positive impact and value that internal communication adds to their organisation. Reaching beyond the basics, this course on effective measurement and evaluation will be interactive and practical to truly boost your measurement capability and credibility.
