This highly interactive course introduces the core concepts of behavioural economics and explores what this means for internal communication professionals.
The course - split over two highly interactive sessions - will provide attendees with the knowledge and skills they need to steer through the strategic maze and deliver clear, concise and strategic communications.

This workshop will explore how culture works to shape organisational reality and why it is so difficult to ‘see’ it and change it. It will consider what kind of communication practice works for culture management, including how and when to communicate values and what these should look like for maximum effect. The course will also look at how how communicators can generate powerful insights about culture and how to use these insights to support leaders in shaping culture through communication.
This half-day training will provide expert guidance and proven strategies for understanding and communicating with your hard-to-reach colleagues, including building insights, using data, channel selection and use and techniques for driving engagement.
The session will also ensure you are able to measure and evaluate the success of your communications, using these insights to progress and demonstrate impact.
This highly interactive course split over two session explores both quantitative and qualitative research methods, looking at what you need to measure and what methods to use. It will provide guidance on best practice surveys and polls and research techniques to support your measurement, and how to create compelling dashboards to share your outcomes and insights with your stakeholders. The course aims to build confidence around understanding and using data, particularly when giving strategic advice and influencing stakeholders.
This course will help internal communication professionals learn how to become effective business partners and trusted advisors to the senior leaders they support within their business.
Delivered over two live sessions the course will include role plays, group discussions and a range of other interactive elements, allowing delegates the opportunity to support and learn from one another in between workshops.
