A passionate advocate for the value of internal communication, Jennifer is a regular speaker and co-hosts the podcast ‘The Future of Internal Communication’.

I’m proud to be part of the team here at the IOIC, where I look after the management and coordination of our events, oversee our Awards programme, and support our brilliant networks and volunteers. Before joining the IOIC, I spent 13 years working in internal communications across a wide range of sectors, which gave me a real appreciation for the power of great communication and strong communities.

Rob Jones
Rob Jones is co-founder and content director of creative agency Artful Dog. He has more than 20 years’ experience in internal comms – writing and editing articles and publications, online content, reports and other campaign materials, and supporting clients with their IC strategies. He is the editor of IOIC’s membership magazine, Voice.
