How do we educate leaders on the value of Internal Communication?

A focused roundtable for IOIC Fellows on making the case for internal communication, so leaders see the value it brings to the business.

Internal communication shapes how organisations perform, how culture develops, how change lands and how engaged people feel. The evidence for that keeps growing.

Yet many leaders still see communication as a support function that delivers channels and messages, not a capability the business depends on. That is rarely because communicators are not doing good work. Too often, the value of that work is simply not visible to the people making decisions.

Drawing on shared experience and your own practical examples, this roundtable will explore how to demonstrate and evidence the difference internal communication makes, and move the conversation from channels and outputs to measurable organisational value.

What you'll gain

  • Practical ways to show leaders the value of internal communication
  • Examples from senior practitioners that you can apply in your own organisation
  • Ideas for evidencing impact in the terms leaders care about
  • A focused conversation with a small group of peers

Who it's for

This roundtable is exclusively for IOIC Fellows. To keep the discussion focused, places are limited to 12 and will be allocated on a first come basis. Once all places are taken, a waiting list will open.
