The challenges facing the internal communication profession in this constantly changing and uncertain environment are profound.  But with this has come immense opportunity for our profession, as the importance of our skills are more valued and in demand, to help create successful organisations that place people at the heart, which is an undeniable competitive advantage and also the right thing to do. So, we are excited to announce the IoIC Festival 2023, where internal communication professionals come together to Connect, Inspire and Learn.

The IoIC Festival 2023 is our opportunity to come together as a community to share these experiences, inspire each other and collectively work to take these opportunities forward.  It has never been more important to communicate with clarity and authenticity, to enable shared meaning and understanding, facilitate conversation, provide feedback, and build communication that drives positive change and action which sees our people and organisations thrive. 

This year, we will be holding the Festival across Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 June in the Hertfordshire countryside at Tewinbury nr Welwyn Garden City.

Once again, you will get to choose the content you want to see and hear across our Festival zones: leading-edge thinkers, insight and practical sessions that will help you in your role. There will also be lots of opportunities to get away from the screen to talk and problem-solve with each other, as well as having some fun along the way too.
