This workshop, hosted by the IoIC London Network, looks at how to go beyond ad hoc use of AI tools for quick wins and how to properly embed them into your daily flow as a communicator and more widely as a comms function.

This will help you go from exploratory and experimental to innovative and assured, not only improving the way you work individually and as a function but also benefitting your company, too.

Presented by Sonya Poonian, AI Transformation Director – Employee Experience | Digital and AI Transformation and Patrick Hulbert, Content and Communications Director at Gallagher Employee Engagement & Communication Consulting Practice, the workshop will focus on:

• Different stages of the comms practitioner maturity model and the risks and rewards associated with each step. 
• Moving away from tactical use cases and looking at how you strategically integrate AI into your flow and that of the comms function.  
• How to use AI ethically and with assurance that you are doing the ‘right’ thing and at the right time. 
• How to embed AI to inform strategy, dissect analytics, and create better communications.
