IOIC London: Summer networking drinks.
IOIC London: Summer networking drinks.
IOIC Network events bring practitioners together to connect, learn and share perspectives with peers.
This informal networking session, hosted by the IOIC London committee, creates space for internal communication professionals to meet, build relationships and exchange ideas. The evening is lightly facilitated, with optional topic-led tables hosted by peers sharing their experience, but largely shaped by attendees, allowing conversations to flow naturally and reflect real experiences of doing the work
Why this matters
Doing great internal communication work often means navigating complexity, constraints and constant change. These network sessions offer a welcoming, peer-to-peer space where you can connect with others facing similar challenges, share honest experiences and learn from different perspectives in practice.
What you’ll gain
- Practical insight grounded in experience
- The chance to learn how others are tackling similar challenges
- New connections with practitioners in your local community
- Opportunities to join informal, peer-hosted discussions on topics that matter to you
Who it’s for
Designed for those who want to learn through shared experience and peer connection, particularly internal communication professionals at all career levels in London, although the event is open to all regions.
How it works
This is an in-person event taking place in the back area of the pub. Look out for the IOIC sign - and a friendly group of welcoming faces - when you arrive. You’re free to move between conversations, including informal topic tables, and connect with a range of perspectives throughout the evening.
