Rachel will explore what AI means for internal communications and the employee experience; from smarter search and personalised access to automated workflows and analytics. She’ll draw on Gartner’s latest research to highlight the opportunities and pitfalls of AI adoption, and explain why it needs both guardrails and human oversight to succeed.

With practical examples and reflections from across industries, Rachel will show how communicators can play a critical role in shaping how organisations introduce AI with AI-powered intranets that not only boost productivity but also support culture, connection and trust in the workplace.
