IOIC Network events bring practitioners together to connect, learn and share perspectives with peers.
This session features Lee Smith and Emma Bridger, authors of the book 'People-First Internal Communication' who will take some time to discuss some of the core concepts of the book, as well as the work and insights that inspired them to create it.
Join for discussion to consider why internal communication needs to evolve, and an introduction to some practical ways in which internal communication professionals can start to move the dial.

Designed for internal communication professionals at all career levels across Wales who want to learn through shared experience and peer connection, although the event is open to all regions.
