AI Evolved: From Tool to Teammate
AI Evolved: From Tool to Teammate
This next-level workshop is designed for internal communications professionals who are already using AI and are ready to move beyond basic prompting and start working with AI as a true teammate.
The interactive training focuses on strategic collaboration with AI - helping you to maximise your impact and reducing your lower-value workload.
During the course we’ll explore advanced prompting guidelines, how to build bespoke AI agents that reflect your brand voice, leveraging the Microsoft Viva suite for deeper employee insight, stress-test messaging and designing more informed engagement strategies.
As AI adoption gathers pace, often ahead of governance, we’ll also look at the ethical considerations and guardrails that matter most, along with the risks of misinformation, over-reliance and data security.
The goal isn’t simply to keep up with new technology - it's about using AI responsibly as a collaborative partner that supports high-value, data-driven communication work.
