Specialist Coaching and Development Programme designed to build deep self-awareness and self-belief, enabling internal communicators to show up as confident, influential and resilient leaders.
The Empowered Communicator is a coaching and personal development programme designed to build deep self-awareness and self-belief, enabling internal communicators to show up as confident, influential and resilient leaders.
Grounded in the belief that we perform at our best when we understand and fully harness our natural strengths, the programme supports participants to step up in authentic and sustainable ways - now and for the future.
Participants develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others, exploring the impact of language and behaviour, how to create psychologically safe cultures, and how to influence with confidence and authority.
Through guided coaching and practical application, participants identify and overcome limiting beliefs, unhelpful habits and self-criticism, strengthening resilience, focus and effectiveness.
Delivered over five months, the programme combines group coaching calls, self-reflection, self-paced learning, personal assessments, and practical exercises. Together, these elements build the mindset, tools and habits needed to operate as trusted, strategic communication advisors and leaders.
The programme also offers a powerful opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded professionals, fostering shared learning, collaboration and peer support.
This programme will enable participants to unlock the Profession Map behaviours for and within themselves, particularly empowerment, empathy, curiosity, tenacity, creativity, adaptability and trust.
By the end of the programme participants will:

Honestly, the only way this experience would have been better, is if I could continue to do it every week! It felt like therapy and has changed my life. Jo is exceptional at what she does, a true inspiration to those wanting to bring their whole selves to work. Thank you for helping me be me again!

I know my strengths and I know my weaknesses now. The course has taught me how to choose pathways, methods and reactions that work for me not against me. I don't doubt my decisions and reactions as I did before and above all I've made peace with who I am, how I work and how best I can present myself personally and professionally to suit my needs.

Feeling so cared for by you, so bloomin’ inspired to make these beautiful little changes. I’m massively proud of the shifts in my thinking. Seems like I’ve made more fundamental life changes than I have from years of self-help books.

You have created the most wonderful, safe and nurturing space to dive deep into this work. I have loved every second of it. Whilst there has been a theme running throughout, I love how you have intuitively known the best exercises to give us (you really know your stuff!). And how the coaching calls have built upon this too. It’s made me reflect A LOT about how I am balancing (or not) my work/life blend and the importance of self care and looking at what I need. It’s also made me really conscious of things I am doing and thinking that really don’t serve me well and what to do about that.

I learned to listen to my heart and body as much as my head. The headaches stopped. I learned to trust that I was right where I needed to be. The calm arrived. I learned to release control and have more balance. The spontaneity came back. I’m still in the same job - same situation according to the outside world, but boy, my inside world is different.
