The latest Personality at work report suggests that introverts and extroverts experience communication differently, raising important questions about whose voices are heard, represented, and engaged through our channels and activities.
 
Join fellow practitioners from across East Anglia for an informal discussion of the report's key findings. Together, we'll explore what they mean for internal communication, employee listening, leadership communication, and how we create experiences that work for a wider range of people.

No presentations. No slides. Just a relaxed, facilitated conversation with fellow practitioners. You'll have a more beneficial discussion if you've read the report, but it's not required.
