AI-Powered Campaign Planning: From Strategy to Execution
AI-Powered Campaign Planning: From Strategy to Execution
Designing and delivering effective communications campaigns has become increasingly complex. Internal audiences are overloaded with information, organisational change is constant, and communicators are expected to deliver measurable impact with limited time and resources.
This practical workshop shows internal communications professionals how to design, plan and deliver high-impact communications campaigns using current campaign strategy approaches, supported by AI.
We’ll explore how AI can support the entire campaign lifecycle. From analysing employee sentiment and identifying audience personas, to designing campaign narratives, creating multi-format content, supporting events and measuring success.
Participants will learn how tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and Google Gemini can act as collaborative partners to support campaign design, faster execution and more informed decision-making. We’ll also look at governance considerations including misinformation risks, bias, data security and the importance of human editorial oversight.
Who should attend?
The course is best suited to internal communicators who lack confidence or experience with using AI tools.
