IoIC President Suzanne Peck said: “Seeing the images over the past few days really brings home the core principles on which the internal communication profession is built: diversity and inclusivity, mutual respect and tolerance, working with dignity and pride, ethical behaviour and communication, and safety, particularly psychological safety, in the workplace. Sadly for many people in Ukraine, these core principles are being eroded as their working lives are upturned.
“IoIC is a member of FEIEA, the European Association of Internal Communication, and FEIEA has sent its support and best wishes to ‘sister’ communications associations caught up in the impacts from the invasion.”
