Knowledge sharing in the age of AI with Zoe Colosimo

As media outlets continue to focus on the transformative nature of AI, a key point remains overlooked. In the UK in 2025, digital inclusion - equitable access to and use of information and communications technologies for participation in social and economic life – remains problematic for many. 7.9m lack basic digital skills and 3.7million UK families sit below the minimum digital living standard. In this episode, Neighbourly COO Zoe Colosimo explores the AI adoption gap and the danger AI inequality poses to society.

With a significant proportion of the UK already struggling to access basic online tools and services, digital accessibility is a key issue too few business or political leaders are addressing. Without urgent attention to educate and inform, already disadvantaged and vulnerable people and communities will continue to fall behind and miss out on the benefits AI has to offer, not least in addressing social and societal inequality.

In this episode,  Dom and Cat chat with Zoe Colosimo, COO of award-winning giving platform Neighbourly. They discuss what socially-minded organisations can do to address AI inequality and the opportunity for internal communication to help make a difference.
