Kirsty Bowen

I've worked in a number of internal comms roles since 2007, with the majority of my experience being in financial services. My current role also spans employee engagement, wellbeing, D&I and employee voice.

From an IoIC perspective, I led the Central Region before becoming a Board Director. I'm also a keen #IChoseIC Ambassador, finding different ways to promote the profession.

Outside of IC, I also volunteer as an Enterprise Adviser for a local secondary school.
