Channel Management for Internal Communicators: Virtual Learning
Channel Management for Internal Communicators: Virtual Learning
One of the keys to any successful internal communications campaign lies in choosing the right mix of channels, one that not only fits the objective and the target audiences, but also enables the message to land with maximum impact.
New technologies allow us to take advantage of innovative ways to communicate and engage with internal stakeholders (i.e. Yammer, social media, employee apps); while at the same time, tried-and-tested channels (i.e. face-to-face, newsletters, posters) still play an important role in creating employee engagement, productivity, and organisational well-being.
The challenge is to find channels that elevate your communication, cut through the clutter, create understanding, and simply stand out for all the right reasons.
This highly interactive course, delivered over three live sessions, will focus on traditional and innovative, digital and non-digital channels. It will provide you with the practical insight, tips, and advice that you can implement straightaway.
