This two-part virtual learning programme takes an in-depth look at the principles and best practice of communication planning in the context of organisational change, equipping participants with a robust process.
The course is highly interactive, offering participants the opportunity to learn from both the course tutor, Liz Cochrane, and fellow attendees.
Delivered over two sessions and with activities to complete before and in between, this course will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to successfully plan your internal communications and give you the opportunity to put your learning into practice.
The course will enable you to consider the key implications for:

- Integrating the principles of employee engagement
- The relationship between internal and external communication planning
- Crisis communication planning
