This two-part course will take a communication-first approach to help internal communicators understand the tools within the 365 suite.  

The course will cover what the tools are, how they can support business and communication objectives, and how they can help tackle workplace challenges.  

It will also include a live demonstration of the core tools, including the Viva suite, and best practice user-case examples and recommendations.  

Attendees will also learn about how Microsoft is using AI to enhance the suite.
