Today’s communicators must move fast. They need to build connections quickly, with impact and effectiveness, and ensure that their communications are heard and acted upon.
This new and exciting workshop equips you to do just that. It gives you practical ways to make connections, get people on board quickly and keep them engaged.
This highly interactive, face to face workshop will include group discussions, opportunities to practise, facilitator input and coaching. It will also help you apply the tools and techniques to your real-life challenges.
This is a business focused, hands on workshop. You will receive coaching from leading specialists as well as having the chance to discuss your approach and network with fellow professional communicators.
The workshop is run by two facilitators to provide a variety of content and style and more in-depth coaching in group work.
You will learn how to:
- Identify and get round people’s filters and barriers so that you have a greater chance of getting your message through.
- Enhance your own state to maximise your effectiveness.
- Make people curious and keen to learn more, so they want to receive what you are communicating.
- Put together communications in a way that will appeal to the widest possible audience.
- Use the right language to raise the impact of what you say.
- Coach leaders and other crucial communicators so they are able to bring messages to life.

The course is particularly designed for those working in, or towards, a management role who would like to maximise their personal impact as communicators, especially when working with leaders and senior stakeholders and clients.
