This unique coaching and development programme is designed to empower communicators with the mindset, tools, support and practices they need to unlock their inner confidence and natural potential.
5 Month Programme: 7 May 2024 - 1 October 2024
The Empowered Communicator is a unique coaching and development programme designed to foster a deep sense of personal self-awareness and self-belief, enabling participants to become naturally confident, influential, resilient and inspiring communication leaders of the future.
Focusing on the premise that we perform at our best when we can recognise and fully unlock our true selves and natural potential, this programme will empower participants to step-up in authentic and sustainable ways, setting them up for success now and in the future.
The programme will support internal communicators to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and of others, exploring the power of words and behaviour, creating psychologically safe cultures, and influencing with confidence and authority.
Participants will develop personalised strategies to manage and overcome limiting beliefs, habits and self-criticism to feel more resilient, empowered and productive.
Delivered over five months, the course includes group coaching calls, self-reflection, teaching and online learning, practical exercises and challenges. It is designed to equip participants with the mindset, tools and practices they need to become influential and trusted strategic communication advisors and leaders.
The programme is also a unique opportunity to develop strong connections and build a network of like-minded professionals, encouraging an ethos of collective thinking, sharing and learning, and facilitating peer-to-peer support and collaboration.
The coaching programme is designed, and will be most ideal, for Communication Professionals at mid to senior level, with a minimum 3 years' experience especially if they:

This unique coaching and development programme will enable participants to unlock the Profession Map behaviours for and within themselves, namely empowerment, empathy, curiosity, tenacity, creativity, adaptability and trust.
