Data for Internal Communicators: Value, Insights and Influence

Data for Internal Communicators: Value, Insights and Influence

The role of data in demonstrating the value and impact of internal communication cannot be underestimated.

But internal communicators often lack confidence when it comes to understanding and using data.

This highly interactive training course explores both quantitative and qualitative research methods, looking at what you need to measure and what methods to use.

The course will provide guidance on best practice surveys and polls and research techniques to support your measurement, and how to create compelling dashboards to share your outcomes and insights with your stakeholders.

The course aims to build your confidence around using data, particularly when giving strategic advice and influencing stakeholders.

Who should attend?

This course is aligned to the Researching, Measuring and Demonstrating Value area of the IoIC profession map and specifically covers the knowledge and skills for levels 2 and 3.

The course is most suitable for internal communication professionals who are keen to use data to influence stakeholders and those who look after communication measurement and reporting.

The course is also ideal for anyone who is nervous around numbers, data and spreadsheets and aims to build up their confidence!
