A conversation with…

The IoIC has been approached by a member Rammi Janack to provide a safe space for women from an ethnic minority background, working as internal communication professionals to have a conversation.

There will be a range of speakers discussing:

1.    Their challenges
2.    Their barriers
3.    How they overcame stigma, direct and indirect racism and other barriers
4.    A chat about what the future holds for ethnic minorities within IC careers and who can help us achieve positive change

Are you a woman from an ethnic minority background working in internal communication? Does any of the above resonate with you? Please join our lunchtime session to share your own experiences as well as hear from our speakers who will be sharing some of their challenges and how they overcome these.

This event is open to members and non-members, with limited space so please only book if you intend to join live. These discussions will not be recorded but a blog will be produced post-event about the discussion (no comments/opinions will be attributed to individuals).

This event will take place on Zoom. Once you have booked, click the 'Manage your booking' link below to access the Zoom details.
