Measurement and Evaluation for Internal Communication: Virtual Learning

Measurement and Evaluation for Internal Communication: Virtual Learning

This virtual training course, led by Jo Hall, will equip internal communicators with the confidence to know what to measure and how to measure it and how to make good data-driven decisions and recommendations.

The course will also provide ways in which relevant data can be used to demonstrate the positive impact and value that internal communication adds to their organisation.

Reaching beyond the basics, this course on effective measurement and evaluation will be interactive and practical to truly boost your measurement capability and credibility.

Working together over two afternoon sessions, you will experience a dynamic mix of teaching, group discussions, masterminding, small group and personal activity work using the power of virtual technology. To get the most out of the sessions, some pre-work and homework after morning one will be required.
