By confirming your request to be listed on the ‘IC Supplier Directory’ you are entering into a formal contract with the IoIC and accepting the following the terms and conditions. Please carefully note our terms and conditions, particularly regarding cancellations (see below).
You can pay online by credit/debit card or request an invoice. Should you request an invoice, this will be sent to you shortly after your confirmation of your listing.
If your organisation operates a purchase order system, the purchase order number must be provided at the time of sign-up.
VAT
VAT will be applied at the rate in force in the UK at the time of sign up.
Fees
Your fee includes a 12-month listing.
Cancellation and Refunds
No refunds are given after the sign up has been confirmed. A listing can be removed or changed during this term, but no refunds will be given. At the end of your 12-month period you will be contacted to offer the opportunity to renew your listing for another 12 months.
Membership Conditions
To qualify for a listing to be featured on the ‘IC Supplier Directory’ you are required to have at least one member of your organisation signed up for IoIC Membership and as such agree to abide by our ‘Code of Conduct’. Should you wish to sign up for membership in addition to the listing please complete the joining process separately.
The membership should also remain ‘active’ during the time of your listing and should this lapse your listing being removed from the site.
