Designing Listening Programmes & Employee Feedback Loops

Designing Listening Programmes & Employee Feedback Loops

Participants in this highly interactive course will learn how to design and implement listening programmes and employee feedback loops which proactively engage, add value and support continuous improvement.

The course will explore the art of effective feedback cycles and meaningful conversation, including overcoming barriers to honest and open dialogue and avoiding disengagement from engagement surveys.

Attendees will also learn how to analyse feedback and use this information to inform decision-making and future IC interventions, as well as how to specify measures through which the impact of listening programmes can be determined.

The course will explore how to align listening programmes with ‘business as usual’ and existing engagement initiatives, and will include insights from the behavioural sciences on approaches.
