The meeting will be held on Wednesday 13 May 2026 at 12.00pm via Zoom.
This will be an opportunity to hear how the Institute delivered in 2025, with an update from our Chief Executive Jennifer Sproul and President Dominic Walters who will also be sharing more details about our plans in 2026. We will also ensure there is time for members to ask questions and provide their input into our future plans.
This will be followed by the formal AGM proceedings detailed below:

- To confirm the minutes of the 62nd Annual General Meeting held by Zoom on Wednesday 21 May 2025.
- To receive the annual report of the Board for 2025.
- To receive and adopt the accounts for the year ended December 31st 2025.
- To re-appoint Brebners of Sevenoaks, Kent, as auditors and authorise the Board to fix their remuneration.
- To receive the names of those who will serve as honorary officers and members of the Board of Directors.

AGM Proxy Appointment Form 2026
Persons entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting are entitled to appoint a proxy, who must be a Fellow, Certified Member, Member, Associate Member or Affiliate of the Institute, to attend and vote in their place.
