Qualification

Who is it for?

What will I learn?

Level 4 Foundation Diploma in Internal Communication

The Foundation Diploma is best suited for professionals who are at the start of their career or are looking to formalise their existing skills and knowledge.

The essentials of internal communications delivery, from understanding the purpose of IC, organisational context, people and channels, to high standard content creation and the basics of communication planning, all informed by theory, best practice and current industry awareness.

Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Internal Communication

The Advanced Diploma is best suited for professionals who have mastered the basics of internal communication and are looking to take the next step in their career.

Working closely with our facilitator, Advanced Diploma students set their own personalised development goals to take them to the next stage in their career, based on their development needs and the IoIC's profession map. They also extend their industry knowledge by working collaboratively with fellow students to produce a report on a broader IC-related topic.

Masters in Internal Communication Management

The Masters in Internal Communication Management is designed to equip practitioners for increasingly strategic roles.

Masters students can expect to gain a deep understanding of theory and translate this into high-impact strategic internal communication that is underpinned by best practice, enabling them to operate at the most senior levels.
