We know that line managers are one of the most valuable communication channels in organisations. But many line managers are not necessarily natural communicators, meaning organisations are missing vital opportunities for successful communication to take place.
IoIC trainers, and communications and leadership specialists, Dominic Walters and Susan Lewes-Daly, have designed this two part training course which can be delivered in-house for line managers in any organisation and which will equip line managers with the skills and knowledge required to become confident and effective communicators, as well as providing insights regarding the role of line managers within the communication matrix.
