Diana Oakes Communication was set up in February 2024 by Diana Oakes, a highly accomplished former Lloyds Banking Group Communications Lead and journalist, who specialises in change and leadership communication, strategy and planning, culture and engagement, and Inclusion & Diversity (especially Disability and accessible communications).
With over 25 years' experience, Diana shares her vast knowledge and expertise in a refreshingly honest, down-to-earth style, with a surprising ability to flex from the light-hearted to the formal. Diana's clients include the IoIC and various medium and large size financial institutions, as well as government agencies and local NHS authorities and patient involvement bodies and charities.
Diana has a rich record of mentoring others, with a large proportion of her mentees, at various levels of seniority, crediting Diana for at least part of their success in communications and leadership.
