Overview
I am a director/Vice President level communications professional with over 20 years experience and multiple communications qualifications. After two decades working in-house with large complex organisations such as HSBC, Aviva and Diageo, I've built a reputation for professionalising teams, bringing a strong measurement focus and driving communications and engagement activities that have real impact.
I set up Kinetic Internal communications to focus on the work that I love. I'm passionate about helping my clients to improve in three key areas:
1) Engaging colleagues with their strategic story. Sharing their purpose, mission, values and strategy. My clients have included Vodafone Group, OFCOM, People's Pension and IG.
2) Creating purposeful and compelling line managers. Defining great manager communication skills, delivering training, communications tools and channels and defining how to measure manager effectiveness. My clients have included Kimberly-Clark and IG.
3) Upskilling comms teams - Developing data mindsets, change comms experts or global capability frameworks and development programmes. I help teams to improve their strategic thinking and credibility with senior stakeholders. My clients have included the IOIC, Primark, Fidelity International, Kingfisher and DHL eCS.
