This practical course takes an in-depth look at the principles and best practice of communication planning in the context of organisational change, including audience analysis, channel selection and measurement.

The course will explore key areas including planning to support organisational change, understanding and integrating the principles of employee engagement, and the relationship between internal and external communication planning. It will also cover crisis communication planning.

It is highly interactive and delivered over two half-days, offering participants the opportunity to learn from both the expert course tutor, Liz Cochrane and fellow attendees.
