Neuroinclusion for Internal Communicators

Neuroinclusion for Internal Communicators

A highly practical and participatory programme designed for internal communicators to gain a strong foundation of knowledge in neuroinclusive communication and help them build a neuroinclusive culture within their organisation.

The course will explore key topics such as understanding communication differences, inclusive communication approaches, manager and leader communication, inclusive events and change communication.

It will look at management and leadership approaches which help to facilitate a neuroinclusive culture - harnessing and amplifying the skills of neurodivergent employees and providing a supportive environment in which they can thrive and do their best work.

The course celebrates the difference that neurodivergent employees bring to the table and encourages participants to adopt a mindset of positivity - exploring how a neuroinclusive approach can impact overall employee experience and organisational performance.
