This course takes a communication-first approach to help internal communicators follow best practices when planning or reviewing their overall 365 strategy.  

It is aimed at those who are familiar with the core tools and would like to advance their knowledge, skills and confidence. 

Attendees will leave the workshop with a channel map to use in their organisation – helping to answer common questions such as what goes where?” and “how do all of these tools fit together?”.

They will also build a better understanding of their audience needs and preferences, and how these can influence and improve digital strategy.

The course is most suited to those who are familiar with the core tools in the suite and would like to advance their skills and enhance their digital workplace strategy.  

Learning Objectives:

By the end of the course, delegates will:

  • Have developed their understanding of best practices in Microsoft 365 planning
  • Be able to match Microsoft 365 tools and features to specific audience needs
  • Be able to identify priorities for action to help them to upgrade their digital workplace strategy.

The course will cover:

  •  The three sins of planning – what organisations often get wrong, and how to avoid IoICCPD4.png these common missteps 
  • Creating a visual representation of your digital workplace, helping you to identify duplication and gaps 
  • Defining user personas and pain points to inform and refine your approach 
  • Best practice examples and recommendations for your 365 strategy 
  • Guided breakout exercises to start applying the theory to your own organisation.
