Advanced Writing Skills for the IC Professional
From change programmes to strategic narrative, internal communicators are being called upon to take a more strategic approach to writing.
This interactive workshop will equip delegates with the skills and knowledge they need to write at a strategic level and to have real business impact.
It will also explore techniques for distilling complex and sensitive issues into simple, clear messaging, writing inclusively, and how to act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders around content creation.
The course is delivered over two interactive live sessions together with opportunities for delegates to support and learn from one another.
Who should attend?
This course is aligned to the Creating and Curating Content and Conversation Area of the IoIC Profession Map and specifically covers the knowledge and skills described at levels 2 and 3.
The course is most suitable for internal communication professionals who have a good grasp of the foundations of writing and would like to learn how to take more strategic approaches to their communications.
We also run an introductory course Writing Skills for the Internal Communication Professional for less experienced practitioners.
