Leading with Curiosity
Leading with Curiosity
An exclusive, free training session for IoIC members.
The Leading with Curiosity session will explore curiosity as a critical intergenerational leadership skill.
With five generations now working side by side, leaders are navigating a wider mix of expectations, communication styles, motivations and working habits than ever before. Building trust and strong relationships across this spectrum is essential for creating teams that collaborate well, feel understood and perform at their best.
Understanding the influences and behavioural patterns that shape different generations helps leaders create working environments where everyone feels valued and heard. So how can leaders foster mutual understanding? How can they encourage engagement and confidence across such a diverse workforce?
The short answer is curiosity. This session will demonstrate how curiosity isn’t just a trait but a skill that can be developed. By asking better questions, leaders unlock deeper understanding, adaptability, innovation and harmony across any combination of ages and experiences.
Focusing on empathy, this interactive and inspiring session will show leaders how to role model curiosity, stimulate it in others and measure the impact it has on team dynamics and performance.
