The Language of Leadership – Demonstrating and Delivering Real Business Impact
The Language of Leadership – Demonstrating and Delivering Real Business Impact
Using internal communication to accelerate business performance and deliver organisational potential. Helping internal communicators to demonstrate impact.
Improving business performance is high on every senior leader’s to-do list. But it’s tough. Gallup’s 2025 ‘State of the Global Workplace’ report revealed a fall in workplace engagement, costing the world economy an estimated US$438 billion in lost productivity.
In the UK especially, persistently weak productivity compounds other economic challenges. Not only is it increasingly hard to source the right people with the right skills to achieve organisational objectives, but burnout risk is prolific. Organisations must do things differently to survive and compete.
For internal communicators this presents an unmissable opportunity to deliver and demonstrate real business impact. Quality internal communication is key to better performance. It provides focus, reduces complexity and ensures people are – and feel - involved and heard.
This 3-part coaching and learning programme equips communicators with the skills and confidence required to have the right conversations with senior leaders, identifying and pulling the levers of high performance and do what’s needed to deliver real business value.
Who should attend?
The course is best suited to those working around Level 3 and above of the Profession Map who are looking to further develop the role of internal communication in driving forward business performance and success.
