AI Writing Skills Course

AI Writing Skills Course

The rise of AI is transforming how internal communicators write and create content. But using AI effectively requires more than just prompting — it’s about understanding when and how to use it to enhance quality, creativity, and credibility.

This course introduces internal communication professionals to the practical ways AI can improve writing skills, from generating ideas to refining content.

Attendees will learn how to use AI responsibly and ethically, gain confidence in integrating it into their writing process, and understand how to avoid common pitfalls that can undermine authenticity or trust.

Who should attend?

This course is suitable for IC professionals relatively new to using AI for work, and who are currently working around Levels 1 and 2 of the IoIC Profession Map.
